The 30C EV Charger Tax Credit is a federal tax credit that helps homeowners save on the cost of installing an electric vehicle charger at their primary residence. You can receive a credit equal to 30% of the installation cost, up to a maximum of $1,000 per charging port. To qualify, your home must be located in a low-income or non-urban census tract.
