Overview
The 3C-REN Home Energy Savings Program offers a rebate of $1,000 for installing a heat pump water heater. Additional incentives are available for residents who are low-income, live in manufactured homes, or have English as a second language. Please contact QuitCarbon if you might qualify. This rebate cannot be combined with other utility ratepayer-funded incentives, such as Golden State and CA Energy Smart Homes. The maximum rebate amount is $2,000.
