The 3CE Electrical Pre-Wiring Upgrade Rebate is a program that offers homeowners a $1,000 rebate for electrical work needed to support the installation of energy-efficient appliances. This rebate is available when paired with the installation of a heat pump air conditioning and heating system, heat pump water heater system, or induction cooktop/range. Your QuitCarbon-approved contractor can help determine if pre-wiring is necessary for your project.
This rebate applies to installations between June 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026, and is limited to one per appliance per home.
