The 3CE Electrical Pre-Wiring Upgrade Rebate (Low-Income Bonus) is a rebate program offered by Central Coast Community Energy. If you're income-qualified, you can receive an extra $1,000 off certain electrical work when paired with a heat pump air conditioning and heating system, heat pump water heater system, or induction cooktop/range rebate. Your QuitCarbon-approved contractor can help you understand whether pre-wiring work was necessary for your project. This rebate applies to installations between June 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026, and is limited to one per appliance per home.
