The 3CE Residential Battery Rebate Program offers rebates to help you install a home battery system. You can save up to $13,000, depending on your battery size. Residents enrolled in CARE, FERA, and Medical Baseline programs qualify for higher rebates.

More Information

  • Rebates are available to all residential 3CE customers, regardless of whether they have a solar system.
  • To qualify for the higher rebate, you must be enrolled in CARE, FERA, or Medical Baseline programs.
  • The battery system must have a capacity between 5 kWh and 26 kWh.
  • The battery must be programmed to discharge at least 50% of its capacity daily during peak hours (4 PM to 9 PM PT).
  • Applications for systems given permission to operate between August 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026, must be submitted by September 30, 2026.
