The 3CE Single Family Heat Pump Heating and Air Conditioning rebate offers homeowners up to $2,000 for installing an ENERGY STAR heat pump. You can receive this rebate twice per year, totaling up to $4,000 annually.
This rebate only applies to replacing existing fossil-fuel appliances.

- Rebates are available to 3CE residential customers replacing existing fossil-fuel or wood-burning appliances with heat-pump or fully electric alternatives.
- Applications for Heat-Pump Water Heaters and Heat Pump HVAC units installed between June 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026, must be submitted by September 30, 2026.
- Applications for induction cooktops/ranges and portable heat-pump space conditioners installed between October 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026, must be submitted by September 30, 2026.
- Rebates are limited to one per appliance per fiscal year.
- Proof of permitting is required for certain installations.
