- The heat pump must have a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 15.2 or higher and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) of 7.7 or higher.
- Only one rebate per condensing unit is allowed, and customers are eligible for an HVAC rebate once every 10 years.
- The rebate must be submitted within six months of the purchase date.
- New construction projects are not eligible for this rebate.
- To apply, you'll need a photo of your receipt or proof of purchase, photos showing the replacement of gas appliances, a contractor's invoice, and a copy of your final signed building permit.
