Azusa Light and Water offers a rebate of $750 for homeowners replacing existing electric resistance heating systems with new heat pump systems. To qualify, the new heat pump must have a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 15 or higher. This rebate is available to residents of Azusa who receive electric service from Azusa Light and Water.
