The Burbank Water and Power Used EV Rebate offers residents up to $1,000 off the purchase of a pre-owned electric vehicle. To qualify, the vehicle must be at least two years older than the year of purchase. For example, purchasing in 2026 requires a vehicle from 2024 or earlier.
