The City of Albany offers a Heat Pump Water Heater Rebate to encourage residents to switch to energy-efficient heating solutions. This rebate provides $500 for all households, with higher amounts for those with moderate or low incomes. Moderate-income households can receive $1,500, while low-income households are eligible for $3,000.
