The City of Palo Alto offers a $2,500 rebate for homeowners replacing their fossil fuel-based heating systems with a heat pump HVAC system. REAP customers can save an additional $2,500, totaling $5,000 in savings.
This rebate only applies to replacing existing fossil fuel appliances.
