The City of Palo Alto offers a rebate for electrical prewiring, wiring, and circuit upgrades. You can save up to $2,500 when preparing for an appliance upgrade. This includes $1,000 per circuit for wiring and prewiring, and $500 per circuit splitter or pauser.
