The City of Palo Alto offers a $2,500 rebate for homeowners who fully electrify their homes by removing their gas meters. This incentive is available as an add-on to appliance upgrade rebates and requires proof of gas meter removal. To access this rebate, you must first submit a rebate application online, including photos of your prior gas meter, before the City of Palo Alto performs the work.
