This rebate only applies to replacing existing fossil fuel appliances.

- Eligibility: Homeowners replacing gas, propane, oil, or wood stove heaters/furnaces with fully electric heat pump HVAC systems qualify.
- Requirements: The heat pump must have a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 15 or higher and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) of 8.5 or higher.
- Application Process: Start a rebate application to reserve funds. Once approved, funds are reserved for up to 120 days as you install your equipment.
- Program End Date: Rebate applications must be submitted no later than 90 days after the project has passed final inspection.
