The City of Roseville offers a rebate called the EV Charger Rebate Income-Qualified Bonus. This program provides an extra $200 off the purchase of a Level 2 electric vehicle charger for residents enrolled in Roseville's Electric Rate Assistance Program or Medical Rate Assistance Program. To qualify, you must be a current Roseville Electric customer and meet the eligibility criteria for these assistance programs.

- Program Budget: This program has a limited budget. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are depleted.
- Installation Requirements: The qualified charger must be installed at a residential dwelling unit receiving electricity from Roseville Electric Utility, with a current electric service account. Contact the City of Roseville’s building department for permit requirements.
- Rebate Limit: The Level 2 charger rebate is limited to one rebate per household per calendar year.
