- To qualify, your panel upgrade must support a new home electrification upgrade like a new heat pump water heater and have capacity for future electrification of all appliances, including an EV charger.
- Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all funds are expended.
- To be eligible, applicants must be City of Solana Beach property owners.
- Applicants must provide proof of property ownership, equipment receipt or paid invoice, installation receipt or paid contractor invoice with contractor’s license number, photos of installed equipment, and documentation of approved final inspection.
- The product must be new, and installation must be issued a Building Permit by the City of Solana Beach.
- Limit of one rebate application per residential unit.
- Rebates are issued as checks.
