Overview
The City of Ukiah offers a $500 rebate for homeowners upgrading to a heat pump water heater. To qualify, the new unit must have a Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) of 2.8 or higher and a capacity between 40 and 80 gallons. This rebate is available to customers replacing existing electric resistance water heaters.
