Overview
The City of Ukiah Utilities offers a rebate for homeowners installing mini-split heat pumps. To qualify, the heat pump must have a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 16 or higher (15.3+ SEER2) and an Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER) of 13 or higher (12.5+ EER2). The rebate amount is $300 per ton, with a maximum rebate of $1,500.
