CleanPowerSF's Electrify Your Home Program offers a rebate of $1,200 for homeowners who upgrade their space heaters to eligible heat pump models. Additionally, you can receive a $50 monthly bill credit for two years after the upgrade, with the possibility of extending this credit by referring other CleanPowerSF residential customers. To be eligible, you must replace an existing gas or electric resistance space heater with an eligible heat pump and comply with the permit requirements of the Department of Building Inspection.
