Overview
The Colorado Energy Office offers a tax credit for new battery electric vehicles. You can receive a state tax credit of $750 when you purchase or lease a new battery electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. This applies to vehicles with a maximum manufacturer's suggested retail price of $80,000. Some dealers may provide this credit as an upfront discount.Benefits
