- To qualify for the full rebate amount of $2,500, your residence must be located within an overburdened community as designated by areas identified under Senate Bill 535. You can verify your home's eligibility by checking the Cal Enviro Screen website.
- Rebates are available for installations completed on or after June 24, 2025.
- Each dwelling is eligible for one heat pump water heater rebate and one heat pump air conditioner rebate.
- Your heat pump system must already be installed to qualify for the rebate.
- The building must consist of fewer than five attached units.
