The GO ZERO: Mini-Split Heat Pump Heating and Air Conditioning Rebate is a program that offers homeowners a rebate of up to $1,500 for installing an ENERGY STAR® certified mini-split heat pump system. To qualify, your heat pump must be installed on or after June 24, 2025, and your building should have fewer than five attached units. This rebate is limited to one per dwelling. Additionally, to receive the full $1,500 rebate, you must reside within an overburdened community as defined by Senate Bill 535.
