The Healdsburg HVAC Heat Pumps Rebate offers homeowners a chance to upgrade to energy-efficient heat pump systems. You can receive a rebate of $1,500 per unit, or $2,000 if you remove an existing natural gas heater. To qualify, the heat pump must be certified by the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) and meet specific efficiency standards.
