The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) offers a rebate for homeowners upgrading to heat pump air conditioning systems. You can save $1,000 per ton of system size on your upgrade. If your equipment is ultra-efficient, you can save up to an additional $250 per ton. Your QuitCarbon-approved contractor will help you determine the best equipment and system size for your home.
