This program is available to residents whose primary residence receives electricity from LADWP. If your home is enrolled in the Lifeline or EZ-SAVE financial assistance programs at the time of vehicle purchase, you may qualify for an additional $2,500 rebate, totaling up to $4,000 in savings!

- Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 12 months of purchasing your qualifying used EV.
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Your permanent residence must receive electric service from LADWP.
- The vehicle must be on the approved list of eligible vehicles for the rebate program.
- The vehicle's model year must be at least two years older than the calendar year in which you apply for the rebate, but not older than eight years. For example, if you apply in 2025, the vehicle's model year must be between 2017 and 2023.
- Only one rebate is allowed per vehicle; if a rebate was previously issued for the same vehicle, you may apply for a second rebate after 24 months from the first rebate date. Members of the same household who received the first rebate are not eligible for a second rebate on the same vehicle.
- Rebate Processing Time: Once your application is approved, you can expect to receive your rebate in about 120 days.
