This rebate offers $250 per ton for qualifying mini-split heat pump installations, with a maximum rebate of $1,250, covering up to 50% of the project's total cost. To qualify, the heat pump must have a minimum Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER2) of 15.3 and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF2) of 7.7. This rebate is available to Lodi Electric Utility residential customers for the purchase and installation of new qualifying air source heat pumps, including ductless mini-splits. Please note, this rebate applies only to existing homes; new construction is not eligible. Applications should be submitted within six months of the purchase or installation date.
