- Application: Complete the Home Rebate Application and submit it along with proof of purchase to Modesto Irrigation District's Energy Management Department within 90 days of purchase.
- Processing Time: Rebates take 6 to 8 weeks to process.
- Rebate Credit: Rebates will be issued as a credit on your MID bill. Landlords that submit for rebates on their property will receive a check. An IRS W-9 form is required for rebates issued by check.
- Program Terms: MID reserves the right to review and make changes to rebate program terms and conditions periodically. All product installations that receive a rebate are subject to MID inspection.
