The Mini-Split Heat Pump Rebate is a program offered by the Modesto Irrigation District to encourage homeowners to upgrade to energy-efficient heating and cooling systems. To qualify, the mini-split heat pump must have a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER2) of 15.2 or higher, an Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER2) of 11.7 or higher, and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF2) of 7.8 or higher. This rebate provides a savings of $350 per unit.
