The Milpitas Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade is a rebate program that offers residents an additional $250 when upgrading their electrical panel. This bonus is automatically applied if you qualify for the Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) rebate. Combined with SVCE's $1,000 rebate, you can save a total of $1,250 on your electrical panel upgrade.
