The Milpitas Heat Pump Heating and Air Conditioning Rebate is a $2,000 incentive offered by the City of Milpitas to residents who replace their gas heat pump water heaters with electric models. This rebate is automatically applied when you qualify for the Silicon Valley Clean Energy (SVCE) rebate. Combined with SVCE's $2,500 rebate, you can save a total of $4,500 on your upgrade.
