To qualify, you must be an Oregon resident and keep the vehicle registered in Oregon for at least 24 months. If you lease the vehicle, the lease must last for at least 24 months. You can apply for the rebate online using the Charge Ahead Prequalification Voucher. If you do not receive your rebate at the dealership, you can apply within six months after your purchase.
