- Eligibility: To qualify, you must be an active Peninsula Clean Energy residential customer, own your home, have the PG&E bill in your name, and have a $0 past-due balance on your last three PG&E bills. Additionally, you can have no more than one active loan with Peninsula Clean Energy.
- Eligible Upgrades: The program covers heat pump water heaters, heat pump HVAC systems, and electrical panel upgrades.
- Loan Details: Loans are available up to $10,000, with repayment terms ranging from 2 to 5 years. Payments are conveniently added to your monthly electricity bill.
- Contractor Requirements: To be eligible for financing, you must work with a Peninsula Clean Energy-approved contractor for your electric upgrades. If your preferred contractor isn't on the list, encourage them to apply to become an approved contractor.
