The Peninsula Clean Energy Harvest Rebate (CARE/FERA Bonus) is a rebate program that offers eligible customers an additional $1,000 when installing a heat pump heating and air conditioning system. This bonus is available to customers enrolled in the California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) or Family Electric Rate Assistance (FERA) programs. You can combine this rebate with other Peninsula Clean Energy rebates for your Harvest system, potentially saving up to $2,000!
This rebate only applies to replacing existing fossil fuel appliances.

- One rebate per heat pump heating and air conditioning system installed, limited to two rebates per account.

- Total combined rebates (e.g., Peninsula Clean Energy plus other regional or state rebates) are not to exceed the total upgrade’s cost.
- Rebate application must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the upgrade’s installation date.
- Peninsula Clean Energy reserves the right to change the rebate levels at its sole discretion and will provide advance notice if levels are to change.
