Overview
The PSREC Heat Pump Rebate is a program offered by Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative to encourage the installation of energy-efficient heat pumps. To qualify, the heat pump must have a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER2) of 15.3 or higher and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF2) of 7.7 or higher. Rebates are available up to 50% of the total cost, with a maximum rebate of $1,750 per member account per year.

- Rebates are available for installations in homes that have a heat pump with a minimum AHRI rating of 15.2 SEER2 and 11.7 EER2.
