Overview

Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative offers the PSREC Heat Pump Rebate to help you upgrade your home's heating and cooling system. To qualify, your new heat pump must have a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of at least 15.3 and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) of at least 7.7. This rebate provides up to $1,750, covering up to 50% of your installation costs.
