- Your property must have a newly installed Level 2 electric vehicle charger or an electric water heater.
- You must have an active residential electric account with Pasadena Water and Power.
- The rebate is limited to one per residential electric service address.
- All electrical work must be performed by a licensed electrician.
- Completed applications must be received within 180 days from the date of final permit approval.
- Program funds are limited and available to Pasadena Water and Power residential electric customers only.
