To qualify, the heat pump must have a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER2) of 15.3 or higher and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF2) of 7.8 or higher. Purchasing your heat pump from a Pasadena retailer can earn you an additional $20 per ton rebate.
