You can save up to $250 on your used EV purchase, plus an additional $250 if you buy from a Pasadena dealer. This means you could save up to $500 in total! To qualify, the vehicle's model year must be at least two years earlier than the purchase year. For example, in 2026, you must buy a 2024 model or earlier.
