The Redwood City Harvest Rebate (Low-Income Bonus) is a rebate program designed to help eligible residents save on project costs. If you're enrolled in income-qualified utility bill discount programs like CARE, FERA, or WSRAP, you can receive an additional $500 off your project to help with permitting expenses. To qualify, contact the Redwood City Public Works main line at (650) 780-7464, purchase and install your equipment, complete the application, and submit your application, receipts, and required documentation to Public Works. Please note, only one bonus is allowed per project.
