Riverside Public Utilities offers a $500 rebate for homeowners who install a new wall-mounted Level 2 electric vehicle charger at their residence. This rebate helps offset the cost of upgrading your home's charging capabilities. To qualify, the charger must be wall-mounted and installed at your service address. An electrical permit from the City of Riverside's Building and Safety Division is required for installation. Please note, this rebate is available for one charger per household every three years.
