The San Diego HEART Electric Stove Low Income rebate is a program designed to help eligible residents replace their gas stoves with energy-efficient electric models. This initiative offers up to 100% coverage for permits, appliance disposal, new appliance purchases, and labor costs. To determine if your home is in an eligible area, enter your address in the City of San Diego Climate Equity Index Map.
This rebate only applies to replacing existing fossil fuel appliances.
