- Available to households impacted by severe flooding in San Diego from December 2023 to January 2024.
- Households must earn less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and reside within designated Communities of Concern.
- Rebates may cover up to 100% of project costs.
- Residents must use a contractor approved by the program, and work must be approved before starting.
