The San Jose Clean Energy EcoHome: Dryer Circuit Prewiring Rebate is a program that offers homeowners a rebate of up to $500 for prewiring their homes for electric dryers. Zero-interest payment plans of up to $5,000 are also available. This rebate only applies to replacing existing fossil fuel appliances.
