The San Jose Clean Energy EcoHome Rebate for electric panel upgrades offers homeowners a rebate of $1,000. If you are part of CARE or FERA, meet income limits, or live in a qualifying community, you can save an additional $1,000. To qualify, you must combine the electric panel upgrade with other electrification upgrades such as a heat pump water heater, heat pump heating and air conditioning system, or home battery storage system.
