- Each dwelling unit is eligible for one heat pump water heater rebate.
- The equipment must be new and not have been in operation prior to installation.
- Environmental Justice Community qualified customers receive higher rebate amounts.
- A zero-interest EcoHome payment plan of up to $5,000 is available to help with the upfront cost.
