- Program Term: The program is effective upon the City’s approval of the applicant’s enrollment and remains in effect until five years after program completion, or earlier termination in accordance with the agreement.
- Contractor Information: The City does not endorse or recommend any particular vendor. When selecting a contractor, check their license with the California Contractors State License Board, review complaints and litigation history with the Better Business Bureau, interview and request quotes from at least three contractors, and ask for three references who can speak to the quality of services provided.
