The Santa Barbara Clean Energy Electrical Upgrade for EV Charging and Heat Pumps Low-Income Bonus is a rebate program designed to help eligible residents save on electrical upgrades for electric vehicle charging and heat pump installations. If you participate in the CARE or FERA programs or meet certain income qualifications, you can save up to an extra $2,000 on your electrical upgrades.
