- Required Documentation: Be prepared to submit proof of identity, income verification (if applicable), permits, itemized invoices, and photographs of the completed work.
- Program Requirements: The upgrade must include a new 200-amp panel and a circuit for a 240-volt outlet located within 25 feet of a dedicated off-street parking spot.
- Installation Timeline: The electrical panel upgrade must be completed within six months of application approval.
- Charger Installation: You must install a Level 2 electric vehicle charger within 180 days of receiving the panel upgrade.
