This rebate only applies to replacing existing fossil fuel appliances.

- Performance requirements: Uniform Energy Factor (UEF) of 3.43 or higher; Wi-Fi capability; thermostatic mixing valve required.
- Documentation needed: Paid invoice; final permit; photo of nameplate.
- Rebate applications must be submitted no more than 90 days after project completion. For most projects, this will be the date listed on your finalized permit.
- Heat pump systems paired with a gas heating element are ineligible for rebates.
- Program rules, rebates, and eligibility may change at any time.
