Silicon Valley Power offers a rebate for income-qualified customers replacing their existing electric resistance water heaters with new ENERGY STAR certified heat pump water heaters. Depending on your participation in the FRAP and LIHEAP programs, you can save up to $500 or $1,000 on your upgrade. This rebate applies only to replacing existing electric resistance water heaters.
