Silicon Valley Power offers a rebate for purchasing pre-owned electric vehicles. You can save up to $3,500 on a pre-owned EV purchase. This includes $1,000 for a plug-in hybrid vehicle or $1,500 for a fully electric vehicle. If you qualify for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, you can save an additional $1,000. If your car has a 117 MPG equivalent, you can get another $1,000 off. The model year must be at least two years earlier than the purchase year, and the purchase price must be below $25,000.
